14 of us booked this gorgeous hotel but felt the staff were rude (on beach and at pool), drinks prices were outrageous, bar closed far too early, hairdryer didn't work in our room. Sadly we all felt robbed and/or cheated. What a shame as it is the most beautiful building and setting! more

there could be no better venue for a wedding. we had the reception on a wonderful terrace overlooking the bay of Sorrento - at sunset it was a dream!! the food was excellent and service was great - people are very friendly. we will definitely come back for our anniversary! more
