I am a frequent traveler and this hotel had the best service that I have experienced in a long time. We had a beautiful hotel room with a balcony which was wonderful. The shuttle is convenient. It is a strenuous walk back (uphill) from Sorrento if you do miss the shuttle. more

The hotel is in an excellent location with lovely views across the bay of Naples. Five to ten minutes walk to town. The staff are excellent and do everything to help you. Its also very quiet and peaceful. I have been lucky to have stayed in a lot of hotels and ths is one of the best. more
