We really loved our stay in Villa Monica, the place to stay to make a great holiday in beautiful Sorrento perfect. I cannot imagine any other B&B in the area would give such a lovely view of the whole town and valley. The Vesuvio, Bay of Naples, Sorrento and the mountains are visable from the rooms. A wonderful place to stay with beautiful views. Simple, clean, and it felt like staying at a home. The hospitality was wonderful....even learned how to make a true Italian cappucino. Free parking and the shuttle service provided to and from downtown Sorrento was extremely convenient and made this hillside B&B a quiet, relaxing get away. more

My sister and I stayed at the Villa Monica for 3 nights while we toured Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, and the Amalfi coast. The rooms and common area are very nice. We stayed in the Vesuvio room, which has a large bathroom shared with another room but since that room was vacant while we were there, we had it to ourselves.... more
