I have just returned from a most wonderful 5 day break in Capri staying at the divine VB. I came to Capri 3 years ago, and had wanted to stay at VB, but sadly they were booked. This trip we were able to book a beautiful suite at VB, and boy was it worth the wait! Our suite was fantastic... more

My husband and I spent three nights, mid October, at Villa Brunella. We reserved room # 60. Even though we knew this room had a marvelous view it was almost overwhelming actually seeing it first hand. The spacious terrace was about the same size as our room. Everything was spotless and the hotel staff always available to answer our questions... more

I decided to take my girlfriend to Sorrento and Capri as part of a surprise engagement, hence the type of hotel we stayed in was extremely important. We stayed in a lovely hotel in Sorrento as recommended through this website (which I'll also write a review for later) and then we caught the ferry to Capri for a few nights.... more

The most beautiful place, the loveliest setting, luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, breakfast OK. We traveled with our 2 adult sons. Rooms 48 & 49 were even better than the ones from the other reviewer. We hired their private boat service and toured the island feeling like royalty. We've had many wonderful hotel experiences around the world. This small hotel tops... more

We had 3 nights at the end of July at the Villa Brunella and it was wonderful. Our room #60 was beautiful with a king size bed and antiques. The patio was larger than the bedroom with a beautiful view of the Marina Piccola. The pool/breakfast staff were friendly and very accommodating. The owner was a bit dour with no... more

I'm a little hesitant to write this review because it would just be a shame if this lovely secluded hotel would become anything more than "boutique". My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon, and couldn't be more pleased. The hotel is small and quaint...just perfect. The rooms are large, the bathroom is enormous, and the terrace is... more

We recently stayed at the Hotel Villa Brunella for two nights, and that time became the highlight of our week-long Amalfi Coast trip that included Napoli, Sorrento, Positano, and one night in Rome. After being warned about the luggage scam, we had decided to carry our own luggage up the funicular from the port area, and through the town --... more

The Villa Brunella is set in a magical location, at the end of the Via Tragara, with jaw-dropping views over the Marina Piccola and Capri Town. It is a fairly long (10 – 15 minutes) but pleasant walk from the Piazzetta. We had a junior suite, which included a large sitting area and a huge sun terrace. This is a... more

We didn't stay here but we did eat here whilst we were shopping for the day. It was recommended to us by a top restaurant critic. The owner, Bruno, is an absolute gent and would accommodate any changes you wanted to make to the menu. But why would you!!! The food was divine and we sat at the front overlooking... more

we really can’t believe , as can be advertised this hotel. Myself and my partner returned from this place yesterday and I can assure you we WONT be going back even if they pay us. DIRTY, full of cockroaches, ugly, and the only time in my life when I ever found a human toenail in my food. , if you... more
