Nice location, clean rooms, simple but fresh b'fast on terrace with view of sea and faragilioni rocks, Ettore and co. very friendly and welcoming, Ettore recommends great hiking trails, reasonable priced... Rooms are simple and bare but when in Capri you've gotta be outdoors all the time! just need a warm... more

we LOVED La Tosca, it was off the beaten path and such a good hotel for the cost. it is only one star, but don't let that fool you. it actually attracted me, b/c of the affordable price per night, compared to the other expensive resorts on the island. we unfortuantly arrived late to the island, and had directions, but... more

We stayed three nights n a deluxe room. the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and recommended great walks. The hotel is very clean and comfortableand the terrace area is lovely. Would be rated more than 1* in the UK, more like 2/3* more
