The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring most of central Naples. It is close to the port and most of the famous sights, while giving one breathing room at the end of the day. There are several good dining options within walking distance. Great shopping. The hotel is very professional with exceptional staff like Anna and Luca at... More

We paid for this hotel with points, so I cannot comment on value, but it was a very nice hotel in a great location in Naples, close to shopping and dining. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. We stayed in an executive floor, which I have no idea what the difference is. The room had old style... More

Nice enough hotel but not in the best area. We stayed here one night prior to our flight home. Did not feel safe walking the area for dinner, city was dirty, trash all over the streets. Free breakfast was ok, service was average. As always, Marriott beds are the best. Our room had a private outdoor sitting area which was... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, excellent location, the roof terrace for breakfast on the 11 th floor is lovely - amazing views of vesuvius and the bay. Stylish lobby with art exhibition on show. Great room with the most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel for ages.

I had a room on the tenth floor with a fabulous view of Vesuvius and the port of Naples -- the same view from the roof-top breakfast terrace (11th floor). The full buffet breakfast, instead of the usual pastry and coffee, was a real treat. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had an actual tub,... More

I was expecting a very Marriott-feeling property, but the only evidence of the chain hotel feel was a copy of the Book of Mormon (J.W. Marriott is LDS) by the Bible. The room was spacious and had nice, built-in wooden closet and drawers. I also appreciated a good desk and a nice bathroom (with a bathtub...not just a shower...which is... More

We stayed as a couple at the Renaissance Naples Mediterraneo hotel 5 nights early May. Main strong point of this hotel is obviously its roof top terrace overlooking the harbor and the Vesuvius. Staff: uneven. Good recommendations from some of them, other recommendations were not correct (date of the procession in and out of the Duomo was off 1 day).... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in April and found it very well positioned, being only 10 minutes from the opera house (Teatro San Carlo - well worth a visit) and the old city and very close to the main shopping street Via Toledo. There is a regular bus service to the Central Station (Service R2) which leaves from the... More

Stayed here in one of their larger king size rooms. However, the room left a bit to be desired. It seemed like a meeting room which doubled up as a bedroom when needed. Floors were not carpeted, room was large ok.. but it really did feel like a meeting room rather than a bedroom. Loved their breakfast area which was... More

the hotel is close to the historic center in a quiet and safe place. ideally situated close to the port and via toledo (good for shopping) and close also to the Maschio Angioino (castel). Room for 2 are not so big but very quiet, clean and recent. We tried the restaurant at night: food is good and prices are ok.... More
