Bad quality of the room (the toilet was not flushing properly), bad location (far from the city centre), bad service, bad personnel, useless shuttle service (since the time table is absurd)... This hotel seemed very much suited to the business traveller rather than the tourist. The location was a fair distance from town, with the walk between hotel and Naples center being very quiet.
