We went here expecting the worst and it really was not so bad - sure everything everybody says is true about this place - its kind of a hell hole - but what do you expect in Naples? - that's the whole city! Filthy grubby NON COMPLIANT. 5 floors high and NO FIRE ESCAPE the exit route is through reception WHICH IS LOCKED at night while the staff sleep upstairs. They leave a phone number on the door but do not wake when you ring!! So you cant get in again either. The staff are as disgustingly filthy as their grubby little hostel... more

Firstly, I paid for a triple room. Despite there being only 2 people staying, I still expect to get what I pay for. The first room they offered was horrendous. This hotel is dirty with very poor accommodations and service..... if, in fact, their services border on dishonesty. I definitely would not recommend this hotel for any overnight stay. The location is not the best nor would I consider it a safe location. Doris Massa more

If you book the cheapest hotel on the website you went thru, you can't expect much! I picked this hotel because all i needed was a place to sleep and a shower. The bed linen and towels were clean, the staff was VERY helpful to the english speaking tourists. The breakfast was rolls and coffee, because that's what italians eat... more

I stayed here for 6 awful nights. The room was not clean. The bathroom layout was strange and awkward. The bed linen was perfect, as was the bathroom linen. despite the other reviews my time spent at the prati hotel was not that bad. i found that the hotel staff was very helpful and nice, their english wasn't too bad with the daytime workers. There is a really nice resturant right across the street, and it was a close walk to the shopping. If you are going to naples... more

I could kill my travel agent for putting us in this hotel! It is dirty, disgusting and the hotel staff is arrogant and dismissive.
