We stayed at "Le terrazze" B&B few weeks ago in December and did like it a lot. It is a charming penthouse, like a homy, romantic nest, a home from home, quite, clean, well kept. The living room, where breakfast is served, is very nice and cozy. Breakfast included local specialties, such as “Pandoro”, biscuits and home-made jam and marmalade. The view of the bay from the room windows is enchanting, like a painting. Outside, the terrace has another upper level accessible through spiral staircase in the open, which offers another beautiful view. The owner was very kind, helpful and ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. As we speak Italian, we had no problems in communication. Central heating was just right in the bedroom, but a well-functioning electric heater worked very well in the living room. There are stairs to get to the room from the lift; no problem for us but may be a problem for disabled people or those travelling with heavy suitcases. "Le terrazze" is located at "Vomero", very close to Via Scarlatti street and other elegant shopping areas in Vomero and is well connected with the rest of city through the "funicolare" and metro. As we had friends who live at Vomero, the location was perfect for us. However, if you plan to visit Naples and see the city, there may be more conveniently located accommodation available elsewhere. It is advisable to make reservations in advance. If I return to Napoli, I will return to “Le Terrazze”! • Liked — Cozy place, beautiful view, helpful management • Disliked ( a little...) — Heating in the bedroom…
