We stayed here for 4 nights and were impressed by the hotel. The hotel has excellent service and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed here one night on the way to Ravello. We arrived without reservations and felt fortunate to get a very nice room. (They were busy). The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a great view to the busy square and street below. The windows and shutters shut out the noise from the traffic. I say this because I was travelling for 2 weeks through Italy and I ended up leaving some very valuable items in my room. In the airport in Cincinnatti, I realized this, called the hotel, spoke to 2 different people and they actually had and kept my items safe. UNBELIEVABLE. A nice, clean modern hotel. For some reason, we were upgraded to a suite, which was great. Great bathroom and shower, comfortable bed. Stayed in Una Hotel for 3 nights. Waited a bit to long to check in but in the end room was lovely. Hotel is located in front of the bus and train station. This hotel is very close to the main train station however the area is sketchy. When we arrived there was quite a bit of construction going on around the train area and there was a garbage strike. Considering the, regrettably, terribly dirty city of Naples this centrally located hotel proved to be our very oasis in town! Clean, airconditioned, tranquile (good windows) despite its location in front of the railway station. Highly recommendable. more
