it was a nice stay, although a little chaotic. at arrival we were supposed to check in at hotel viennese, what we did. we got a room at hotel les artes, just a few meters around the corner. we were confused though, because nobody explained to us, why our room is at a different hotel as we ordered. the staff at les artes didn't speak any english and was present just from 0900 to 1030 am, so we had to walk to hotel viennese to get any kind of information. the room was very clean, the bathroom was a little older, but it was more than fine. the tv wasn't lcd, but it didn't matter, because there were just Italian channels. although the safe was provided also, there weren't any instrucions and since the staff didn't understand a word in english, we cound not use it. location was fine, a quite street near the termini station. I would recommend, you do better, if you speak a little Italian. more
