I'm very happy I booked a two-night stay here . I wish it was longer . The room was great, brand new , clean and tight . Niels, on the front desk, can be really helpful organising your time in Rome . The breakfast was o.k., but don't expect anything superb. It's very close to bus stops, both to Termini... More

We stayed here in October and had two rooms in our group. The room qualities were very good and the desk help was exceptional with directions and restaurant recommendations. We enjoy walking so being a little away from the sites was not a problem for us. Bus lines are nearby and the directions were great. The rates were very good... More

Very nice modern B&B located near the colosseum. Breakfast was good for Italian standards!!! unlimited juice & water during the day, very clean rooms, modern and nice beds! very very friendly staff. It was superb!!! we went in the summer of 2011 and it is a brand new hotel which is expanding. but very very good!!! More

They were in the midst of renovating when we stayed so there were a few things that were a tad inconvenient. The upside is that they should be finished by now and what we did experience of the renovated facilities was very positive. The room we were first shown to was very small with matching small ensuite facilities. It was... More

The weather was scorching and it was wonderful to have a lovely cool space to return to every day. Neils was a supurb host and a font of information about all things Rome. The room on the main floor was excellent. When we were first shown the patio that went with our room it elicitted a yawn but it ended... More

I cannot rate the rooms or the service because upon arrival I was informed that the room was under renovation and would only be ready in a few days. I was kindly given a map indicating the bus route and the 10 minute walk from the bus stop to get to the "partner" hotel! Upon my insistance, the receptionist agreed... More

This is a B&B, just inside the city walls in Rome, about 15 mins walk from the Colosseum. The staff are on duty all the time, speak English, and are incredibly helpful. It is modern, tasteful, well appointed and on useful bus routes to get into the centre of the city. The closest restaurants are 5-10 mins walk away but... More

We have stayed for nights every thing was perfect except shuttle to the airport. They informed that they could organise a limousine from hotel to the airport and costs 55 ?. That was allright and we agreed. At the time of departure the mercedes has came but not a limousine, this was unexpectable and really suprising!! I wonder why we... More
