My husband and I stayed at Augusta Lucilla Palace during the Rome leg of our Italy vacation earlier this month. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable. The shower was not ideal, it is very small and the doors make it awkward and the shower head wouldn't stay put. Putting the shower aside though, the room was good and... more

Very good location, close to bus station and metro. Clean hotel, sheets and towels were changed every day. Staff was very helpfull. Our triple room had two bedrooms, the right size and classic decoration except bathroom that it was modern although shower was too small. Breakfast was ok with a variety of breads, cold meat, cereals and cakes. The only... more

Just went to London, Paris and Rome and this was our favorite stay. Super clean, air works great, bed very comfortable, our room had a tub and bidet. We got a great deal, for $85 Eur included breakfast too. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, helping us find places to go to. We had to cut our trip short... more

I have stayed here twice on business - very close to Termini (main railway station), walking distance from other attractions although recommend a taxi to visit the Vatican, St Peter's or The Spanish Steps unless you enjoy walking and are pretty fit. Hotel staff always helpful and breakfast more than adequate. Avoid the restaurants anywhere near the Termini - overpriced... more

The hotel was nice in a very good location. Ten min. walk to Colosseo and to all attractives. Termini station is two min from hotel , very convinient. The hotel was nice and clean. It was recently renovated and looks very nice and new. We book a double room, was nice but little small. The breakfast was very nice, a... more

From Termini Station, this hotel is very easy to find. Their front desk staff was very helpful gladly answered all our touristy questions. They also provided us with free maps of the city. Although small, our room was very clean and well maintained with nice furniture. The bed was outfitted with crisp & clean white sheets and the bathroom, which... more

The beds were a tad hard but after all the sight seeing and such you are so tired it really doesn't matter. Would stay again! Thanks!!! to the staff at the Augusta Lucilla Palace... more

The hotel itself is in a nice location, within walking distance of the Termini and Some really beautiful sights. Overall however I left the hotel quite annoyed by the Staff, in particular the man at reception, who in my opinion needs to seriously brush up on his customer service skills. I was attending a wedding in Rome and needed to... more

This hotel had so many good points but so many bad ones as well. Firstly good; It was located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station so as we travelled by train this was really easy for us. The Coloseum was also close however the vatican, spanish steps etc was a little walk - we ended up getting... more
