We have stayed in several hotels in Rome and this is the best one by far. The location is perfect for us, close to the train station, the bus station, the metro and trams, but it is in a quiet side street. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was large and well equipped, and breakfast was very... More

We stayed there 5 nights in mid october this year. the staff was very friendly answered any question asked. We had heard that George was very helpful and found that he and "his friend" at the desk provided great information. the room was very clean and large by european standards, breakfast was more than adequate with both hot and cold... It was a great hotel. It was the best hotel that we stayed at on our trip in Italy. The staff are very nice and helpful. They speak English very well for foreigners who do not speak Italian. The location was excellent. It was right next to a major water taxi stop. It is between the train station and St... More

we found the staff to be very polite and helpful, the room was clean but small, good location we managed to mostly walk or use the underground to see the sites, breakfast was good but not many cooked options. More

The place was clean. The location was ok. The staff was fine. If you sense a bit of boredom, you are correct. The room was tiny and located in an "alley". The place had no ambiance. The bed (which barely fit in the room) was very uncomfortable. With all of that said, you could walk to the Coliseum (15 minutes)... More

I stayed with 4 girlfriends and booked as a flight/hotel package. I wondered whether it looked a bit far out of the centre on the map but in fact it didn't feel as though it was at all. Its also very convenient for the station/underground. There are also some good restaurants and bars around the area if you don't want... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very centrally located. We walked almost everywhere, but you have the subway and bus/ train station some steps away. It's a nice hotel with good room quality. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff is mediocre. Some are nice and some are typically rude. Got a lot of help... More

Although this hotel was not where we'd booked (our reservation was moved here when the hotel genova was over-booked), I was not unhappy. The hotel does not have a large frontage, but once inside, the reception is clean and cool; the staff were friendly and patient. They were happy to offer a range of local suggestions of places to eat/drink,... More

It was a clean room and a moderate size. There was nothing wrong with it, until we got back to the hotel exhausted and all sweaty and was trying to cool off in our room. After half an hour waiting and trying to fixed the Air conditioning, no air came out from it and all it did was it kept... More
