I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Filippo between Nov 29 thru Dec 1,2011. The hotel is one street over from the Very Large Termini Station and I found it with no incident. My 2nd floor room was very neat and I had no problems except for the wi-fi and television (like I visited Rome to watch tv???)....

I was to stay in Hotel Filippo Roma during my trip to Rome from 6-8 October 2011. The hotel was very far from the Roma Termini Station and we had to drag our luggages across several streets on Via Filippo Turati. This is very tiring, considering we just arrived at 9am in Rome from Munich on a night train. The...

The rooms are located on the 2nd floor of an apartment block close to the station. This meant that it was quick to reach having arrived by train, however we did walk up and down the road twice before we spotted the sign on the wall. We were told that the area around the station was a bit rough, so...

We were husband wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 13. We were welcomed by a smart lady who gave us a map of Rome and pointed out the hotel and its surroundings. She complimented us with daily water bottles(4 x 500ml). Room was always spotlessly clean, with changed linen and towels. Rooms were spacious. Good value for money...
