I stayed here for 5 nights in total, and this place is really central. Just right across the main station, Termini, and it was superb for me as i arrived from Venice by train. It was so easy to find as the owner Massimo gave the directions and maps to me before hand. Upon arrival, Massimo was really a great... More

I have had the good fortune to spend 3 nights at this bed and breakfast. Massimo, the owner, was extremely helpful and hospitable. The location is very convenient: within say 20 meters of the train station. This bed and breakfast was very clean, very tastefully decorated, with very comfortable large beds, and nice air conditioning. Even though it's so close... More

We stayed here as our first stop on a 3 week honeymoon and it was fantastic. If you are someone who likes your hotels exactly the same with an American breakfast and the character of a Super 8 then don't stay here. But if you want to enjoy a nice Roman place with a ton of character than this is... More

My wife and I had booked three nights in the "Aqua" room at Art and Relax based off the great reviews and high ranking on Trip Advisor, we were very mistaken once we got there. It is true, you are literally across the street from the train station, but you are however in the middle of a ghetto, with shady... More

Having been sufficiently duped by all the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor, my girlfriend and I booked 2 nights at Art and Relax for the final slice of our European vacation. At the risk of coming off harsh and judgmental I wholeheartedly suggest that you LOOK ELSEWHERE if you're planning a trip to Rome. True, Art and Relax is a... More

Art & Relax is literally a stone throw away from Termini. You can literally throw a stone out of the window & hit the windows of Termini...:p Location is fantastic, very convenient. You will need to take a small elevator (which is great, cos at least you do not need to climb stairs with your heavy luggages, like in many... More

This B&B is located at the best possible location if you intend to use the Subway to visit Rome: it's just in front of Termini Station, where both lines cross. You can go anywhere by Metro, you can arrive by train and, if you arrive by car, it is just besides Avis and Hertz. Can't get any better! And it... More

Art and Relax Suites was a great stay. Massimo, was a great host that was always willing to help. It is a very convient location right across the street from the Central Rome train station and the subway system. My wife if very picky with hotels, but she was very happy with our room. The bathroom looked very new and... More

I had many questions for Massimo as this was our first trip to Italy with a child. My wife and I wanted to make sure we were choosing a good place to stay. Massimo responded to all our emails and we felt comfortable before we even got there. He provided us with an extra smaller bed for our baby, which,... More
