We have stayed at Palazzo Olivia twice and both stays have been excellent! Carla and Stefano were very helpful and the location was exceptional, near Piazza Navona. I don't want to imply any disrespect to other Italian companies, hotels etcetera, but Palazzo Olivia was exceptionally well organised right from the booking process through to the reception on our arrival, during our stay and on our departure. Many apartments in Italy insist on cash payments for the balance on arrival, PO were happy to accept credit card payment.... more
