We stayed for only one night at the end of our time in Italy. We wanted somewhere really special. The room was very large, well appointed and with a very generous-sized bathroom. Be careful in the bath. It's so big it's difficult not to slide underwater if you're less than 7ft tall. Perhaps it's designed for 2 people to sit... More

Fantastic location. The suites are spacious and quiet with a modern look. The hotel is located inside a closed area (compound) and therefore is more private. Very helpful lady at the front desk ... The only downside would be the lack of restaurant services at the hotel..

This beautiful suite is located right near the Spanish steps and is in the heart of the shopping district of Rome. We could not have asked for a better location, everything was walking distance and it was surrounded with great restaurants. The suite itself was huge and felt like pure heaven - bath, separate toilet room, king bed, nespresso machine,... More

Margutta 54 is located on one of Rome's prettiest streets. Basically a pedestrian street it is wonderfully quiet for a central location, a few minutes from the Piazza de Spagna and the Piazza del Popolo. We had two rooms, one was perfect, unfortunately the other had a shower that was not completed, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. The... More

This was incredible...we stayed for 5 nights. It was like having our own Condo in Rome. There was someone there from 9 to 4 everyday. Via Margutta is a beautiful street, maybe one of the prettiest in Rome. There have been artists in this little area since the 1500's....Picasso painted in a studio next door to Margutta 54. The room... More

My wife and I stayed here for several nights. Everything was fantastic. The room was great and so nice and quiet. The street (Via Margutta) is one of the nicest streets in all of Rome. The staff was great and we will absolutely come back again. Everything was absolutely great. It really made our stay in Rome fantastic.

The hotel is well located for the Spanish steps and Borghese park and the suite was stylish and spacious with comfortable beds. However slightly too many scented sticks and pot pouri for my liking. The bathroom was big but the grouting was looking a little jaded and clothes storage was minimal. Our main problem was that there was poor sound... More

Margutta 54 is a gem of a hotel in the heart of Rome. The location (around the corner from the Spanish Steps and all of the boutique shopping along Via del Condotti) is quiet and quaint, yet in the thick of the action. It is easy to walk to the Metro, as well. The rooms are huge (even the smallest... More

Away from the madness of the Spanish Steps, it's amazing how tranquil these suites are. Tucked away in a lovely little street, full of lovely little shops and great restaurants, couldn't recommend this place more. The suites are modern and tasteful , and large too. No restaurant but croissants, muffins and orange juice are provided plus there is an nespresso... More

This review is late. I stayed at the Margutta 54 luxury suite for my 50th birthday in January. As I was turning 50 I wanted to make the trip memorable. Rome is a city that I have always wanted to visit. I didn't want to stay in a usual hotel. So I chose the Margutta suites. When we arrived we... More
