Well there is free wifi and free continental breakfast with cafe americano, hot tea, juices, milk, pastries that are to die for, cereals and yogurts. My husband and I stayed at Hotel Smeraldo for 2 nights. It was an excellent location, we were able to walk to many of the sights we wanted to see, the Vatican City is a little far, though. the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The long haired night guy was a little grouchy.
