I stayed there 2 times and enjoyed it each time. The staff is super nice and helpful. There is a free breakfast which is great. The bathrooms and rooms were always clean, It's very close to termini which was nice.

I went to Rome during the Easter weekend this year. Fortunately I stayed at Ciak Hostel. Very nicely located, steps away from the metro station, very near to the tramway. One could easily reach Collosseum by tram T2 or walk.

Great staff, great location near Termini, Metro, and the Colosseum. Hot showers worked great and beds were comfortable. WIFI was available but kept having problems. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers
