picked this place because it was listed as a gay b&b, kinda disappointed had no gayness to it at all . The staff where a little indifferent , had to go into another hotel to obtain readable map. My wife and I stayed at In and Out Rome for two nights. We absolutely loved it! It is a small B&B that is actually situated in a condominium in a 5 or six story building. Stayed for a week. Nice, friendly, cosy B&B, comfortable rooms, although some can be a bit small for 2 adults. Fully equiped bathrooms. Ask for the Pink room, it's the largest. Owner is very nice, friendly and helpful ! Located on the 4th floor of an appartment building, no lifts. Can be an issue if carrying heavy suitcases. Good breakfast... more
