We spent 3 Nights including new year,s eve at Villa Rome and really enjoyed it. Paolo and Isabella made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Although it is a little way out of the center of Rome the trains run every 15mins.and cost one euro per trip. No, its not 5 star but nor are the... More

Very helpful and friendly hosts, Paolo and Isobella, nothing is too much for their guests. Room was clean and considering ours was close to road, quiet. Garden to sit in and breakfast room open and airy. Help yourself style and if you want bacon/eggs you just need to ask cooking area available. We didnt use this. Train service from Rome... More

Pleasant B&B run by a nice family on the northern outskirts of Rome. Staying at the Villa Rome offers an interesting glimpse of living in suburban Rome. Rooms are all detached from each other and they reminded me somewhat of in-law apartments. Very pleasant large common area that serves as the breakfast room and also includes a kitchen where one... The house is located at a distance of one minute walk from the railroad-metropolitan station Ottavia, and it is quiet because is protected from the street noise with a brick wall. There is an open water pool for guests. The food was much better than I had at other B&B places, it included a big variety of ripe fruits -... More

The owners Isabella and Paolo are very nice and friendly people... More

The family told us their B&B was really close to the center of Rome. Not so...., we had to take a taxi in the end, because the bus connection was really bad. When we came there, the room was dirty and it didn't look at all it had looked at the photos we had seen. Next morning we went for... More
