It's very clean, with nice rooms and excellent service (with wi-fi which actually worked in my room). The owner is very friendly, and provides nice breakfast. Location is in odd, but definitely not unsafe back-streets, with a few nice traditional Italian restaurants in the immediate area. It's also close to the Termini station and the Piazza Repubblica.
