Indeed the pictures on the website are way off - the rooms are nothing like the pictures on their website!!!! But now I'm here and they changed the pictures since I have arrived. We stayed here for two nights back in August, and really can't fault it. The location is great (very close to the Vatican) and within walking distance to the other main attractions - although some are a bit further away, the walk through Rome is worth it! Nice comfortable guest house with brand new rooms,. There is no concierge, instead you are given a key for the main door and a plastic key card to get in and out of the room.
