The big drawback to this hotel is a combination of the fact that the reception desk is NOT manned 24 hours a day and that the entry system to the hotel is rather complicated (at first, at least). I arrived in Rome the 4th of september and they arrenged for me a private shuttle bus that picked me up at Fiumicino airport and brought me to the hotel for 5 people they charged me only 60 euros including tips.
