We found this guest house on the internet as we were looking for a nice place within a certain budget.
Hotels in Rome can be very expensive and Rome is a place where you are out sightseeing most of the time.
The guesthouse has 4 rooms only, all in very modern style, spacious, clean with a big LCD television on the wall. Our room had a brand new bathroom with a hydroamssage shower. There is a communal area for breakfast or where you can help yourself to snacks and drinks throughout the day. We had problems two mornings in a row with the coffee macchine, only hot water would come out of the machine and there were no "normal" teabags and so we couldn't even have a tea. On both occasions we had to go to the bar, just down the road to get coffees (which meant getting ready quickly and having to rush). I must say that this was the only negative thing about the guest house as they were experiencing some faults with the machine those days.
