This is just three metro stops from the central train station in Rome, and a short walk from there. It's hidden in a small street off the Piazza Provinciale, where the Owners of the B & B own an auto shop (La Porta Auto) so you can locate it via that sign.

The location is great if you don't want the hassle of the dealing with the hustle and bustle of central Rome. There is a bus stop about 3 minutes away, and, since it is located in a residential area, many many restos, cafe bars, shops, pharmacies, whatever you need.

The B & B is run by a great couple (Lina and Cosmo). The rooms are spacious, huge really considering the price, with large flat screen, small kitchenette with micro and bar fridge, comforable clean bedding, and wall to wall counter with stools and storage space. The bathroom is large and well-equipped.

You will be given a pre-paid receipt for a coffee and cornetto for breakfast at the nearby bar.
