Rome is becoming increasingly expensive and poor value so finding this great little B&B was just marvellous. It's quiet ,small has a good breakfast (with some lovely home baking treats ) very clean and could not be more welcoming.

Our flat is located in arguably the best place in Rome (well at least we think so). We are in the heart of elegant Flaminio district, on the edge of historical center: this means that in just 7 minutes you are in Piazza del Popolo, starting point of a beautiful walk through Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Vatican and all other main attractions. And this also means that in 7 minutes back you will get to peace and calm in a wonderful early 20th building.Walk through hidden magnolia courts and find our lovely flat. We have just 2 rooms: Foglia and Musica.Foglia with en-suite bathroom: dark parquet, iroko wood furniture, prints of ancient herbariums, the stick of an African shepherd. All this helps create a warm and welcoming feeling. Musica: a bright spacious room with a French bed, a fireplace and many books, all creating a very romantic atmosphere of past times. The room goes with a private bathroom of 6 square meters with tub/shower, wc and bidet. At night take a 5 minute walk and cross one of the most romantic and old bridges in Rome: "Ponte Milvio." Here you will find the real "Dolce Vita" with hot cafe and restaurants. Also if you look for contemporary Rome we are just located opposite Maxxi museum and at few minutes walk from Auditorium Parco della Musica (concerts every night and Cinema Festival) and Foro Italico (Tennis Masters, Football, Six Nations Rugby). Just two more things: just around the corner you will taste one of the best ice cream in Italy (among Top 10!!) and you will find a Bus Station to go anywhere in Rome! We won’t talk about our breakfast included in the price: fresh croissants every morning and nine kind of teas for tea lovers.
