“Great b&b hotel, perfectly located”

Warm welcome from Emmanuelle. We were upgraded in an executive suite which was nice (room 107). Be careful to ask every auction you have in the morning as he is not here all day! Perfect location, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the piazza di spagna and the subway. You can go everywhere in Rome by walk... Great breakfast.... More

great owners, great location, great room. great service ,from arranging a car and driver at the airport to pick me up. Very friendly staff. Very nice room and breakfast was very nice. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

“Great location and hospitality”

The location was great. We enjoyed the staff, the amenities, etc. It was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. And the metro stop at the Spanish Steps is just down the street. So, we were able to get around quickly if we didn't have time to walk. And the price was right. I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful!
