Rome Cavalieri boast the detail and services I've only seen in Asian & Middle-East hotels. Interrior is elegant and finished to the smallest detail. La Pergola restaurant of the hotel hasn't earned it's 3 Michelin starts for nothing. Pricey but experience worth the money. This hotel is simply amazing. Of course it is out of the city and you wouldn't think it convenient, but there is a free shuttle going back and forth to the center of Rome every hour.
