As mentioned in other reviews, Villa Paganini is in a good and clean neighborhood, with a lovely park nearby (we only saw one). There are many buses passing by the area, so it won't be a big issue to commute between the Villa and any place in the city even if you are not in the center - just asked... More

Villa Paganini is a gem. We enjoyed the location, which is quiet and beautiful. Room too small for comfort. Bathroom shampoo, conditioner were large bottles used by previous guests; not acceptable. Our breakfast consisted of prepackaged pastries (one taste only was enough) biscuits in a tin, & the aforementioned grilled cheese. There was yoghurt. Coffee was a definite miss. Never met the owner, who was there. Grounds are lovely.

Couldn't have been more pleased with this place and the staff. It laid the foundations for a great stay in Rome. The owner brings fresh croissants in the morning. Villa Paganini is an easy ten minute bus ride to most of the monuments.. and twenty minutes to the Vatican. It is set in an quiet,elegant residential area surrounded by parks. Nevertheless,there are great restaurants within walking distance. And the personal attention provided by the owners,and especially by Neelam,made our stay a memorable one.

My wife and I stayed here with friends for 5 nights. The place is in a great location with gated grounds near a great little park and about a 20 minute bus ride to the centre of Rome. A little more than two-weeks in Europe, we finally arrived in the eternal city, and a little tired. But we were immediately embraced into this peaceful and beautiful B&B. I guess travelers choose this B&B for a reason - when you walk out, you are in a friendly neighborhood where local kids play football in the park and older folks... More

Rome was the last stop on our 3 week vacation and we were pleasantly surprised by this B & B. We had stayed at 3 others, but this one was the creme de la creme. Philippe greeted us when we arrived and directed 4 very hungry people to a nice nearby restaurant (Pepe Verde) where we had a delightful meal.... More
