From the moment we arrived it to the time we left Hotel Gravina and it's staff were exceptional. This hotel is minutes from the Vatican but is located in an area where local people live. This was the best thing. Eating and drinking near the hotel was so much more less expensive than any other place I have encountered in... More

Stayed here two nights in a suite which was supposed to have a bath / spa bath. Had nothing of the sort. Power cards had to be out in diagonally to have the lights stay on (not by design but the staff knew about it but they don't tell you unless you ask). The woman that was working there had... More

We were very disappointed with the reception in general, they were not polite, and in front off the big mistake they made that was giving us a standard room when we had a reservation for a a room with view to the basilic, they even didn't apologize for that and were ironic with us simply because they gave us the... I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean with a large bed. The rooftop bar was also excellent. The service was excellent, especially Momo who helped us with everything we needed. And all this at a very reasonable price. The hotel was located in a quiet area close to the Vatican and we... More

We stayed in this hotel in the mid-April, we find it difficult to find at first but managed to get there in the end. The location is about 8-10mlns walk to the Vatican which is our primary reason of visit to Rome so that's fine, nearest Metro will take about 15mins walk, but the weather was superb during our visit... Me and my husband we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, qe found that it was very clean and confortable room. It was a very quiet area and very close to Vatican. The rooftop bar was excellent. The only problem infound was the location and some staff was not too friendly. Near the hotel you only have train station... More

My wife and I stayed at the hotel Gravina S. Pietro as part of our 60th birthday celebrations. We like modern decor and we weren't disappointed. The hotel was stylishly decorated and very clean. We found it was well placed for the Vatican and the river and Centro Storico could easily be reached on foot. Bus stops weren't far away.... More

Renovated building a nice hotel. Parking needs to be paid in the neighbour parking house while the hotel is a nice place for some days stay. It takes about 10 minutes to Vatican city walking while to the center of Rome it will take you about half an hour, but what else to do in Rome than walk arround the... More

Gravina San Pietro is a basic hotel. The design looks nice but the finish and quality is poor upon better look and the rooms show some definite wear and tear. For 90 euro per night however we had most of which we wanted. Yes, the water temperature of the shower goes from soaring hot to very cold and based on... More

We stayed at Gravina over a weekend and were very pleased by the rooms, but the attitude of the staff was not the best. Our room was very small, but there was everything we needed. We liked that the room was clean and modern, however did we not manage to figure out how the A/C was working, so the room... More
