Near the Plaza Del Popolo and many other attractions, the hotel provided quiet, yet elegant comfort. The staff especially Virgilio was very accommodating, setting up our Vatican tickets and printing them out, having packages delivered to our room and providing a marvelous breakfast each day with great coffee. Perfect location as far as I'm concerned. Love this part of Rome. Locarno is steps from Piazza del Popolo.
