This is a functional hotel. It is more like a days inn/holiday inn kind of hotel-old rooms,fixtures. I wouldn't stay here again. The front desk staff is exceedingly ill mannered and incompetent. Great service, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Big recommendation for this hotel. Very central to a lot of the sights but near the metro to get to others. Air con was fab!!!! more

Found the hotel ( with map) easily from Termini station- 5 mins walk. Delighted when Concierge checked us in to our room 2 hours early and found our room was huge by italian hotel standards- even had a bed settee so could accomodate 3 easily. Stayed here because we have stayed at a Star hotel in Milan before and really liked it. Arrived early at 11.30 and were checked in straight away which was a nice surprise. We stayed for three nights in July. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful and they gave us a free room upgrade. The rooms are neat and clean and hotel is in a quiet lane. Good value for money. Will recommend to friends! more
