All I can say is, WOW!!! I should have listened to all the bad reviews about this place. This is not a 4 star hotel. Our room was dirty, smelly, dusty, and noisy. There was mold on the walls and all over the a/c unit. The shower doors wouldn't close all the way and water pours all over the floor.... more

I stayed several times at the Genio, usually with friends on a fun trips. The location is great, the rooms are ok for the price, always clean. The breakfast room is a bit small, but the food is ok. What I love in this hotel is the staff, very friendly and helpful. more
