We were given a room with a balcony which was really nice and the room was bigger than expected. We couldn't believe how quiet it was but as the hotel is set back from the road (which isn't a busy one anyway), it was really peaceful. The bed was big and comfortable and we both (light sleepers) slept really well.... More

This hotel was clean, but nothing special. It had the tiniest bathroom and strange shower which flooded the bathroom every time you used it. The area it was in felt quite safe, but there wasn't much near it so we really had to search for somewhere to eat. And it was too far out of the way to be able... More

We went to Rome for sight-seeing and it was great. We had excellent weather, very nice hotel near the central station Termini. We walked to the station and then took bus 64, wich crosses the whole town, final destination the Vatican and in between you could go out and walk to all the other highlights of Rome. Nice hotel, nice... More

I went to Rome for the first time in January 2011 (more exactly 18-21 January) and I choose Galileo Hotel for accommodation. The hotel was very very clean, the reception staff very friendly and attentive, the maid the same (Elena, third floor). I am sorry that I forgot the romanian front desk boy name but he was lovely. Breakfast was... More

We expected something less fancy, as the prize was so reasonable, but we discovered high quality small family hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean, beds were nice and the towels were white and soft. And we even had a small balcony! Very charming! Breakfast was small, but as I said, what can you expect if you are budget... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, and were quite impressed. The staff were certainly friendly and check in was trouble free, including the compulsory form to register foreigners with the local Police. The hotel may provide a wifi service, but there may be a cost. The room was small but acceptable, and the beds were nice and firm. Clean bedding... More

Glad we were only in this hotel for a few hours. While the staff we encountered were very kind, that was all I have to say good about this hotel. The room was smaller than the hotel rooms in Japan. You could barely turn around or even bend over to get into your suitcase! Also, they say the have wi-fi.... More
