This was the worst hotel I EVER stayed at! The room was tiny, the door handle to our room was broken, there was no heater in the room (or it was broken), and there was a huge hole in our wall! As for the bathrooms, the shower and sink were tiny, there was mold all over the shower, the towels... more

When we arrived at this hotel we were told they did not have us booked in, we then showd him our booking reference but it was of no benefit at all. The staff was very unhelpful to us, we had to wait there for 5 hours until we were transferred. Eventually we left and went to another one of their... more

Took my husband to Rome for 5 days for his birthday as he had never been. The only thing in favour of the hotel is its location, which is near the main station, buses, metro etc. The surrounding area is perfectly safe. However. The room was not cleaned properly for the entire 5 days, there were electrical sockets hanging off... more

We booked a double room over their official web site, we became a confirmation. When we came there in the evening, the employee in the reception was wery unkind and unprofessional. He just said: We are full, you must go to our another hotel 100m away. Of course, it was not a 100m away, but 1km.... and this is not... more

The Hotel Fiamma is located just a 2 minute walk from Termini station. They will offer you a pickup for the airport for around 50 euros. Save your money. There is a bus to Termini station from the airport for only 7 euros. I had read about this place being in a bad neighborhood in other reviews. I really didn't... more

I and my wife stayed three nights at Hotel Fiamma. The hotel is centrally located, 200m from the bad reputation Termini Station. We found the Station area safe (we used normal precautions; hidden wallet, tight grip on luggage). From Termini you can have a quick metro trip to Vatican City or Colosseo. We got 85€ per night discount price and... more

We arrived in Rome at 1-2 AM due to flight delays. The taxi service rec'd the nice Hotel Hiberia, and then when we arrived a few minutes later, we had given it away... unlikely that time of night? We payed him, why I don't know? He then sent us to the Fiamma, to a nice 3 star , I asked... more

Breakfast was average but filling. don't be put off by bad reviews, the hotel is ideal for those just wanting to visit the sites and have a good nights sleep. We found the Hotel to be perfectly adequate for the cost and our requirements. Breakfast was unlimited and of reasonable quality. There were instances where the decoration was suffering and could have been improved but generally the rooms were Ok, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very good and the rooms were cleaned daily. Staff attitude was variable... more

We had originally booked the Hotel Edera- one of the other hotels in the Leonardi chain. However on arriving at the Hotel Edera we were told that due to a problem with the hot water, they had moved us to the Fiamma, near the Termini. At first we were not happy as the Edera is closer to the Colusseum, and... more
