There are so many things wrong with this hotel I don’t know where to start. Reception was just awful. Unfriendly, unhelpful and just didn’t care. Getting directions was like extracting teeth. We asked for a map and were told they didn’t have any. We walked by a few minutes later to find them giving one to another couple. The first... More

This hotel was just perfect for a 3 night stay that I had in September. Location is just 5 mins walk from Termini, but is in a quiet small street off of Via Valencia, so you are not in the middle of hustle, bustle an noise. Inside it looks like it has been modernised tastefully and was very clean. the buffet... More

The location is outstanding, close to Termini (main railroad Station), close to tour buses and Metro. Room had a balcony overlooking via Villafranca street. Price includes full breakfast and you have a wide selection of places to eat very close to the hotel. There was a persistent problem with the elevators which hampered getting luggage down from the seventh floor;... More

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. Hotel is good located 15 min walk from Termini railwaystation and 2 min walk to the nearest metrostation. It is a nice hotel with a modern lobby, breakfast area and small bar. We stayed on the 6th floor in a room with balcony (huge!). Rooms are ok. Breakfast is average. The main... More

On arrival we were advised that the hotel had no room for us and moved us clear across Rome to a hotel in a residential area behind the Vatican in spite of our objections and insistance that we did not wish to be so far out and that it would interfere with our plans. We were assured that all would... More

Staff on arrival were very off hand. Not sure if this was because we did this booking through one of the many websites that offers good deals but we certainly got the impression that they were not interested in our custom. On arrival in the room, there was a distinctly strong smell which we could not get to the root... More

We stayed for 5 nights , 9/14/11- 9/18/11. Being able to get to Roma Termini in 5 minutes is convenient. We asked for and got an iron and a water heater for the room, which was convenient. The quality of breakfast was good compared to other places that we stayed in Italy. The front desk staff were courteous and polite,... More

I have travelled all of the world using Best Western hotels but this definately had the worst service of them all. If you asked any of them a question they never looked at you and gave us the impression we were bothering them. Tea and coffee is free - however this is not put in your room you have to... More

Nicely placed hotel on the east side of Termini station, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was also good and clean. There is an abundance of small restaurants in the area with good food even though they are generally overpriced when compared to north american standards. We were there 10 days. They breakfast is always the same type of buffet.... More

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Termini station (5-6 minutes walk) and Castro Pretorio subway station (2-3 minutes). Service was good, breakfast very solid and rooms were clean. Wi-fi was temporarily not working but if you are just looking for a decent spot close to downtown, this hotel does the trick. We booked it using air miles so... More
