Love the location. The staff esp Edwin. Rooms are clean and safe. Walking distance to everything or you can take the Metro with the nearest station 2mins away and Termini 5mins away. Off the beaten track means a quiet stay too. Strongly recommend this hotel! More

An excellent hotel. The only slight (and I mean slight) negative was that there was occasionally some noise from the central stairwell if someone was wearing noisy shoes or flip flops but otherwise an absolutely great experience. I would agree with the last review that although this is a beautiful well positioned hotel the front desk staff lets it down. Although they are helpful when asked for directions etc, they are not particularly friendly and are a bit aloof which is a pity because this is an excellent hotel in every other way.
