Stayed with two friends in March. Our rooms were standard and, although clean, a bit basic and in need of refurbishment. The rooftop breakfast room was very good and nice breakfast. We could see that the superior rooms on the higher floors were much nicer. Having said that the location was great, the staff very helpful and we did not... more

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor about this hotel, I was a little worried as they were very mixed. The only negative thing that is true is that the hotel is on a busy road so there is noise from passing traffic, but after a day sight seeing you will probably be so tired you won't notice it -... more

I was moved from sister hotel, hotel White because of refurbishments' which I initially wasnt too pleased about. But they gave us a superior room (which wasnt grand but nice enough) so I didnt mind too much when we arrived at Tritone. Location is SUPERB. Opposite is a bus terminal & round the corner is a little local supermarket where... more

I enjoyed my stay there for 4 nights, the hotel has a great location and staff are friendly; breakfast was excellent: variated and fresh and there was a lovely view of Rome while you're having breakfast. Rooms are small and old, but confortable (overall the -mini-bathroom) but it was ok. I would recommend it. more

My hysband and I stayed here for the 2nd week of our European honeymoon. We tried staying at the Grand Flora Rome Marriott, but couldn't use our points, so we found this hotel instead. The good: The location is ideal and is centrally located, you can walk to almost everything. The room (on 5th floor) was clean, and very modern,... more

The staff were fantastically helpful when my baggage was lost by the airline (Alitalia), phoning the airport for updates and seemed genuinely pleased when it arrivedsome 36 hours later (unfortunately I was only staying 48 hours). But the rooms are TINY and noisy, and internet access is a single PC under the stairway, costing 5 Euros. Well located for Trevi... more

stayed at this hotel for three nights. It is very central to most of the tourist sites in Rome but on a very busy, noisy street. Sound proofing was not very good and even with the windows closed, the rooms facing the street were very noisy long into the night. We were given a new updated room which was very... more

We stayed for 4 days at the Tritone and found it comfortable and clean. It is very central and the breakfasts were very good. The only fault we found was the stairs leading from the front door to the checkin counter were a little difficult with suitcases but the porter was very helpful. We loved Roma. We would stay at... more

We very much enjoyed our stay here from the moment we saw the room. The hotel is in a transition stage. The 4th and 5th floors have been very modernized. Wish I had a picture. The bed was a very firm and comfortable futon mattress with a music channel placed above your head. We enjoyed the selection of music so... more

Didn't expect much, but we were surpised. stayed for 4 nights, room was fine and was clean. Staff was helpful, liked the little elevator (that some don't like) which was different from all the new high tech stuff. Breakfast was good, simple and a good start for the day. Location is excelent, next to Di Trevi. Walking distance from all... more
