After booking and paying for 4 nights 12 months in advance we were told on arrival aftera very long flight from Australia that they were over booked. They transferred us to a sister hotel but this caused problems as we had a transfer booked from the hotel to Civitavecchia on departure. No apology either. We can't comment on the hotel... more

Very nice hotel. It is in the city center, it takes 1 minute to arrive at Trevi Fountain. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. You have internet access. The only "problem" is that the rooms are small. more

we had five nights stay here and must say we where very pleased with the hotel. had a lovely room, not the greatest of views, but it was really clean. I realize this is a 3 star hotel but this is the hardest bed I've ever bounced off of! The hotel is way smaller than pictured. Great location but not good enough to make up for the poor room. Moving to the Sofitel tomorrow. more

Splendid 3-stars hotel due to excellent location, helpfull desk-personnel, very nice breakfast and nice room facilities(the rooms were cleaned very good)).
