I couldn't think of a better location for a hotel in Rome. It is in a piazza next to the Trevi Fountain so you are surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops and you can walk to all tourist destiantions (both the Colesseum and Vatican are about 30mins lovely walk away and everything else closer). I stayed that the Accademia for a school trip during our stay in Rome. We were there for 8 days and I loved the hotel. It was very clean, the staff was ver friendly as well as accomidating. It was great that they had a computer for the guests to use for I believe about 5 Euro during your stay.... more

So close to the Trevi fountain and easy to get to all Rome's main sites. The hotel is modern and well furnished. It is probably a little too expensive for a weekend break but it feels comfortable, secure and rooms contain good amenities. A good base for sightseeing. more
