I would never pay out of my own pocket for this hotel. Very mixed impressions: a fairly classy lobby but a shabby reception area, room just about good size, plush carpet but worn out furniture. Soundproofing poor, street noise fairly strong. But a very spacious and comfortable bathroom. Service partly useless (I was told there was no possibility of internet... more

It was a little old and a little noisy, but we had a room that faced the street and it is Rome. It was a really big room compared to other hotel rooms. It was a little old but we knew that going in. The hotel staff was great. I would recommend this location. Very short walk to the subway... more

We stayed at the hotel 7 nights, 12-19 November for leisure (usually we visit Milano for shopping but decided to add something new to our common trip). Booked two rooms (deluxe) through Moscow agent. As we'd had an early flight we arrived about 11am. I thought we would have to leave our lagguge and wait for check-in time (2pm) but... more

Positive: Bathrooms are nice and spacious. Centrally located to tourrist sites and pretty lobby. Average: Continental european breakfast. Negative: Bedrooms are outdated - carpet is worn and sheets are scratchy. Had to have the room amenities fixed - cable not plugged in, phone service went out although neither operator nor front desk realized this and connected a colleague to my... more

We got a great rate on this Hotel and the Room was lovely, Staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. It had a very slightly faded feel (I do mean this as a compliment!) but still very elegant. Would stay here again, the location is very good as well ! more

Family of 5 stayed at hotel for 3 days in July. We had 2 rooms and both were drab .. The rooms were in need of a fresh coat of paint. and the furniture/bed needs to be replaced. We expected more from this hotel based on what the travel agent told us, ratings and web site. Although the facility was... more

We just left two days ago and had two rooms on the third floor and they were 332 and our room was 327. I don,t understand all the complaints about this hotel as the rooms were done twice a day. they had great rates on line and all things promised were delivered including pickups and drop offs. We could find... more

We stayed 5 nights 4 days at this hotel.. if you plan to go on summer time, wont recommend this hotel at all . Air conditioning unit is so noisy , you feel like plane is taking off every second ..I told to reception, they said will look at it but nothing had been repaired during our stay. We had... more

This hotel meet all our expectations. We saw it the last time we were in Rome and my wife fell in love with it. We had a corner room with lovely views. It had clearly been completely redecorated recently and was in mint condition. The only negative was a noisy air conditioning unit. As it was going to be a... more
