We did find our stay pleasant and the hotel is suitably located near the train station for easy access to the city and a fantastic hot plate restaraunt called the Piazza Eclude opposite, this made our stay more bearable because the staff were rude, unhelpful and frightened the kids by yelling at them when they saw them on their own.... more
