Stayed at the Best Western Rivoli Hotel in the first week of June. Our room looked a little run-downed. Toilet didn’t work properly. Room was smaller than expected. Maid service was inconsistent and the air conditioning and fridge in room did not work. Front desk staff were not very customer oriented. Hotel is not conveniently located to major Rome attractions... more

Check your room before accepting it. We were in the basement. Dark, dingy, damp. Broken loo seat, Nearly electrocuted myself on the socket. No soap, tissues, loo paper. Ran out of food at breakfast. Dirty china, The foyer is the ony four star area. more
