Dear Client, I'm very sorry to read your comment and we apologize that you had not a good stay. About the noise unfortunately not all people understand that they have to respect the others. In this case the best thing to do is to call reception so we can try to solve the problem. I also informed our reception manager... More

I stayed here pre and post our Cosmos tour. The hotel is reasonable, breakfast is reasonable, it is a distance form the city, however we were happy to catch the bus and metro ourselves There is really no where else to eat around here, I would recommend using this hotel purely for sleeping, spend your whole days in Rome, return... I spent 3 nights at Pineta Palace on early August. Of course it is not a 4 stars hotel but on the other hand it's much more cheaper than a 4 stars hotel. Nice room, polite service, nice breakfast, far away from the city center. Just don't buy a drink at the bar. I paid 45 euros the first day... More

The Pineta Palace Hotel was the first hotel in our Cosmos Tour. I poured over the past reviews and had substantial fears. My impressions were similar to many negative reviews but differed in some ways. When we got into our rooms there were hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom floor was dirty. The rest of the room was clean.... More

Dear Guest, we really regret that you had not a good stay in our hotel. About the cleanliness of our rooms that usually is one of our point of strength, we have informed our housekeeping manager about the problem. If you told us about it immediately we would change the room. Our fitness room is not a professional gym but... More

I stayed in this Hotel from June 19-20 of 2011 as part of a Cosmos Tour. The Hotel was about 20-25 minutes from main attractions like the Vatican and other tourist attractions. It had the basics; double beds, safe, refridgerator, private toilet and shower (very small shower), and TV. I found the shower to be a bit small, but most... More

This hotel is not 4-stars. I guess weak 3-stars. But price is good, breakfasts too. Room was large but with thin walls and there were a little bit noisy fans outside next the bus parking. That is why balcony doors had to be closed all night and this was not enough. Far from city center but with good public transport... More

I recently stayed in this motel on 2 separate occassions and both times found the staff unhelpful and quite rude at times and none of them appeared happy in their jobs . The rooms were quite basic and the beds were quite hard, and not great for sleeping . In one of the rooms we stayed in the toilet was... More

We stayed here on a Cosmos tour. The place was too far away from the city. You had to take a bus - the stop was far away. The rooms were pretty ordinary but must admit they were clean. I think the walls were very thin as we heard noises from other rooms. We liked and enjoyed the breakfast -... More

We went to Rome in May on a very hot sunny day. There was a strike of public transportation and it was difficult to get the bus and get to our hotel. However, once we got there, all our needs were met. The staff informed us of a very convenient shuttle service that left the hotel every morning at 9am,... More
