My wife & I and our 23 year old daughter spent a week at the hotel. It's a ten minute walk from Termini Station and 3 minute walk to Repubblica Metro and bus stops, so it's an ideal location for getting around. My husband and I had stayed in several different hotels during our 18 days in Italy. This was by far the worst. We had no other problems, complaints, complications etc until we stayed here. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights around Christmas; the lobby, staff and room was very good. Staff was more friendly than expected.
