A group of 20+ of us, all males of mature years, stayed here 3 nts to see rugby international. While many things fall short of perfect, I found it adequate for the purpose. I'd like to say "good for the price" but as our package included flights I don't know what the hotel costs. As others have said, the lift... More

The room service is ok; Poor breakfast; Smelly bad; Trash elevator; The room is very old, bad taste, and same itens are broken, like tv remote control, air conditioner; The water of shower sometimes became cold; Stay away from this hotel; Wi-fi is paid, 2EU an hour, and the signal is very low at the room. This hotel is terrible. Do not go there, you will regret long time. The hotel have heating system only in a few rooms, they gave us a good room after 2 poor rooms. Do not go there in winter, the answer of butler was: we don't have heat in rooms, and the answer of receptionist was: it's a law in... More

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my Fiancee 30th birthday and I must admit after reading the reviews I was slightly concerned. We paid £40 a night for a double room, so I was realistic with what to expect and it was perfect! Its within walking distance to most sights, or metro line if by the end of... More

Excellent location 10 minutes away from Colosseum and walk distance from Main Station in Rome. Room was clean and spacious by the standards of old Rome, with fine picture and well decorated. Breakfast was sufficent , but they can do better offers. Staff were helpfuk and polite Good value for money More

The Grand, it ain't! But honestly, if you are on a budget like us and want a hotel close to the station with a good variety of relatively cheap eateries on the doorstep, then you don't do too badly. The room was clean and cleaned regularly and the shower hot and constant. Ok, the toilet seat wobbled alarmingly but we... More

The hotel was very dark inside but we didn't really mind because at least the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also adequate but every time someone took a shower, the glass door would leak water and it would get flooded. I felt bad for the poor housekeeper who had to clean it afterwards. The one... More

A/C out of order (30°c in town!!), television with only 3 channels , at the front desk nobody solved these matters . the breakfast? low quality... More

Dear Guest, we are very sorry that you were so unhappy in our Hotel, even that you are italian, to write a comment in english. Maybe you were not given one of the best rooms, but to write about the hotel's sign, it seems eccessive.... even if it's ugly (and for us it isn't ! ) , I'm sure it... More

Dear Guest, firstly we apologize for the missing of the hot water, but, as you know, it can happen in any Hotel and is beyond our control. That morning, as you client informed us, we called the tecnician as it was something that the Hotel staff couldn't fix, and as you know was fixed during the day, more than that... More
