Service: Staff was friendly and knowledgable, regarding the bus/metro schedule, for instance. The Front Desk sold bus/metro tickets, as well as Rome Passes (for 25E, includes entrance to 2 museums and 3 days public transportation. The room itself was small with out dated furnishings. The room door is literally next to the lift so you hear it moving and the people coming in and out, not to mention people hanging by your door until the lift comes up! Staff were helpful and, importantly, ALL so friendly. Room was nice, slightly small (both mine and my friends single beds pretty much touched in the middle) but bathroom was amazing, and we had a balcony with a view of busy Rome life! We stayed there for three nights after we were doublecrossed by Damiano from Crazy Holiday B&B. Rooms are clean. Bathroom clean. Good continental breakfast. Staff very nice. Nice area, near subway. Bank, supermarket, bus across the street. SO: Next time I will stay there for sure. More
