We went to this hotel because my grandfather used to go there very often many years ago, even my mother knew it and recommended it to us, even though she hadn't gone there for a very long time. Yes, it is a very old hotel, yet very classy and clean The location is great, you can go from there walking... More

Dear Dise Adora, thank you for your kind words. It is always a pleasure to hear nice comments. The hotel is from 1865 but, as you wrote, it is clean and maintains its charm. We wish you a nice 2012 and hope to welcoming you once again to our hotel in the future. Best regards. More

Stay 4 nights. Good hotel on a noisy street near Termini Station. Rooms on the garden side are quiet and large. Nice furniture. Good service and excellent buffet for the breakfast. The hotel had a better time. The lobby is dark and need a serious upgrade. Limousine of the hotel to the airport at the same price than a taxi.... More

We were recommended this hotel by a friend who stayed here years ago. We were in Rome during Christmas holidays (which is considered the low season). The front desk staff were professional and friendly. The page boy was very nice. Our junior room had a garden view and it's quite. Everyday we came back from our day trip we could... More

This is the 4th time I stay on Quirinale hotel and, for sure, I'll stay again once in Rome. I like the rooms, the courtesy of the whole staff, the location and the air "fin de siècle" very interesting. More

We stayed at the Quirinale for five nights in late November, and could not have asked for better service or location. The superior room was huge by city centre standards, and very elegant and comfortable. We walked practically everywhere as it's approx 20 mins on foot from the major piazzas and landmarks, and also just minutes from the Termini and... More

Superbly positioned for access to most cultural sites. Hotel decor of high order in public areas, but faded in the corridors and bedrooms. Service not up to scratch for hotel rating. Efficient but indifferent attitude by counter staff. Grumpy page boys, although front door staff were always polite willing and friendly. It took almost 48 hours to get an engineer... More

We made these reservations from home and spent extra for a "nicer" room but we were sorely disappointed. Although the facility itself clearly has potential for grandeur, the service and amenities fell far short of our expectations. The "king" sized bed was actually two twins shoved together, and they didn't stay together - so we had to be careful not... More

The hotel is old, but you can see how elegant it may have been long time ago. Everything must be put in perspective. Compared to many hotels in Rome, Quirinale offers very much space. Rooms and lobby are relatively big. Superior room was way to big, but the normal room is probably just enough. Both of my visits the rooms... More

We were extremely disappointed when shown our room - very small with outlook onto refuse area. As we were booked in for 5 nights we asked and were given an upgrade to a bigger room( Room no 134). The bathroom was dated - shower over bath didn't work properly and the water temperature unpredictable. The hand-held separate shower head was... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of November 2011. It is ideally situated with close walking distance to most of the sites. Breakfast was great, the rooms were great and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Prices for restaurant and bar are not cheap but relative to the prices of a major European... More
