Hotel Alexandra was a wonderful base to explore Rome . We had the metro closeby but really could walk to most tourist spots. The room was light, clean and spacious: much appreciated after other experiences on our European adventure. The hotel staff were all helpful and the restaurant was a great find: beautiful pasta!

The hotel is located on the lovely Via Venetto. Within minutes of walking to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and many other sites....Buffet breakfast is fine...Hotel staff is very attentive and polite. The rooms are small and air condtioning was iffy....but you can't have everything.

Very well run, friendly hotel in a good location. Comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast in great surroundings, a knowledgable and helpful front desk. I have no hesitation in giving hotel Alexandra a hearty recommendation.

Stayed here for 4 days and the Location was perfect.It is a old hotel but alot are in rome. The only thing it doesnt have is a Bar and the Breakfast is Repetative.Would recomend this hotel and you can walk to all attractions.It was my husbands birthday and they bought him a bottle of champagne which was great.
